English: Spc. Sandra Gillespie, of the 191st Military Police Company, checks a plugged drainage culvert near Kindred, N.D., April 26. The soldier is making sure that overland flood water is not running through the culvert, which could threaten the town of Kindred. About 150 North Dakota National Guard members continue to conduct quick reaction force missions and dike patrols, and run a tactical operations center in support of flood-fighting efforts in North Dakota. |
