English:

An incomplete Roman copper alloy nail cleaner strap end of late Roman date, c. AD 300-409. The upper face of the nail cleaner is decorated with five circles each having a circle within a circle arranged 1:2:1 and 1. The bottom, nail cleaner end has an elongated "V" slit. The reverse is flat, plain and undecorated.
