Description
English:

Uploader's notes: the original NASA image has been modified by rotating 90 degrees clockwise and removing artifacts. The image was taken during a close approach of the spacecraft Cassini to Saturn and shows a wave structure in the inner part of Saturn's B Ring. (Look closely at the top and near the bottom and even more narrow ringlets will come into view.)

The camera was pointing toward SATURN-RINGS, and the image was taken using the CL1 and CL2 filters. This image has not been validated or calibrated. A validated/calibrated image will be archived with the NASA Planetary Data System.
