Norsk bokmål: Fra NS' fører og ministerpresident Vidkun Quislings appell til Germanske SS Norge på Slottsplassen i Oslo før faneoverrekkelsen (faneinnvielsen) under «SS-dagen» søndag 15. august 1943. Bak fra venstre Qusilings adjutant Carl Haakon Langlie, (kanskje SS-stabsleder dr. Leif Schjøren eller Jonas Lies adjutant), (ukjent tysk SS-offiser), (ukjent tysk offiser med adjutantsnor), SS-Obergruppenführer und General der Polizei Wilhelm Rediess, SS-standartfører, minister Jonas Lie (føreren for Germanske SS Norge). Se filmopptak fra hendelsen i Filmavisen nr 63 (23. august 1943) og propagandaheftet SS-dagen 1943. Arrangementet omfattet taler, idrettskonkurranser, parader og annet og foregikk 14.–15. august. På St.Hanshaugen var det teltleir.
