Description
Deutsch: Die Tageseinteilung der Nürnberger Uhr: Die Zählung der Tages- und Nachtstunden verändert sich im Jahresgang. Zum Stichtag wird dem Tag jeweils eine Stunde zu- oder abgeschlagen.
  • Sonnenstandsdaten berechnet für das Jahr 1489 mit NOAA ESRL Sunrise/Sunset Calculator
  • Zu- und Abschlagsdaten nach Hermann Grotefend: Zeitrechnung des deutschen Mittelalters und der Neuzeit. 2 Bde, Hannover 1891-1898, Glossar S. 184
  • Zur Vereinfachung wird angenommen, dass die Uhr zwischen den Umstellungsdaten nicht gestellt wird. Realistischer wäre eine Orientierung am täglichen Sonnenstand. Mit der Wanderung der täglichen Mittagszeit (Analemma) würde dann auch der Stundenschlag bezogen auf heutige Standards der Zeitmessung nicht konstant bleiben.
