Description
English:
Built to four storey tenement/business building to Count Festetich and widow Imre Festetich in 1914. Architect: Szivessy Tibor and Béla Jánszky. Contractor: Takács and Darvas. Stonemasons: Vogel and Weidlinger. The building connected to the CEU Nádor Street campus in 1997. The facade reconstructed in 2006. Facade reliefs 'Children protector mother' 'Fight' and 'Dying' made by Ödön Moiret in 1914/1915. In the 2020s here is Central European University /Center for Media, Data and Society, CEU Democracy Institute/. English-Hungarian plaque to Andor Go (installed 2020) on its facade, refer to an office machine manufacturer company was here. - (Parcel Number: 24586) 11 Nádor Street corner, Lipótváros neighborhood, District V. of Budapest, Hungary.

Goy Andor Boldizsár (1896-1991) írógépműszerész 2020-as emléktáblája az egykori Goy és Kovalszky cég irodagépüzeme,-2022-ben Közép-európai Egyetem épület,-ahol kikisérletezték majd elkészítették az első magyar golyóstollat a 'Go-Pent'. Helyi védelem alatt azonosító nem imert (a kerületi listán VH306 a jele, net.jogtar.hu) A telket 1865-ben gróf Festetics Dénes vásárolta meg, majd 1912-től a még kiskorú gr. Festetich Kristófra szállt. Az ő részére készült el Jánszky Béla és Szivessy Tibor tervei szerint a ma is álló lakóház 1914-15-ben. Takács és Darvas építési vállalkozók, Vogel és Weidlinger építőmesterekkel végeztették a kivitelezést. A négyemeletes ház használatbavételi engedélyét 1915 novemberében állították ki özv. Festetics Imréné nevére. Az épületet 1997-ben csatolták a CEU épületegyütteséhez és 2006-ban állították helyre a homlokzatot. Az épületdíszítmények között vannak Moiret Ödön domborművei. Jobbról balra haladva: Gyermekeit védő anya (1914 felirattal), középen a Harc (M.Ö. szignóval), baloldalon a Haldokló (1915 felirattal) című plasztikái láthatóak. A zárt udvaros épületben két lépcsőház található. Az épületben a 20. század során különböző cégek és vállalatok működtek, jelenleg pedig az egyetemi oktatáshoz kapcsolódó helyiségek találhatók. Eredeti részletek: a lépcsőházak márványburkolata, a földszinten a lépcsőforduló fekete-fehér kiskockákból álló padlóburkolata, illetve a lépcsőházak és a gang korlátrácsai.
