Description
Русский: Жители Николаева набирают воду из скважины. Трубопровод, снабжавший город водой из Днепра, 12 апреля 2022 года был взорван российской армией (статья). После этого в Николаеве было налажено снабжение водой из Днепро-Бугского лимана, однако она солоноватая, не годится для пищевых целей и способствует коррозии труб, что вызывает частые аварии.
English: Citizens of Mykolaiv take water from a well. A pipe which supplied the city with water from Dnieper river was blown up by Russian army on 12 April 2022 (an article). A month later, water supply from Dnieper–Bug estuary was established, but this water is brackish, dirty, is not suitable for drinking or cooking and facilitates corrosion of the pipes, causing frequent failures.

Відсутністю води по кілька днів-тижнів у Миколаєві вже мало кого здивуєш – пориви труб стали буденністю. За словами комунальників, загалом заміни потребують понад 240 кілометрів труб. А поки робітники лагодять систему, походи за водою для місцевих стали звичною рутиною.
