This picture is from 1985 ish. Apple II Plus. My dad bought it for us in 1982. He was going to buy us a Radio Shack computer but we complained loudly and he listened, even though this unit was a lot more money. Recently he said it was one of the best purchases he made and my mom said she lost new living room furniture because of this computer but does not regret it. We jammed the computer with whatever we could get our hands on. 32K memory, CPM card, clock card, 80 column display card, game controller card. Note the 300 baud Hayes modem on the left. PR#6 FTW. Unfortunately my Dad threw it out sometime in the 90's after we were all moved out of the house. [UPDATE] My dad didn't throw it out!!!! |
