Description
English: Russian Federation, Interior Ministry, Distinguished Service Cross 1st class. Instituted on 27 January 1995. Awarded the soldiers of Internal Troops of Interior Ministry of Russia for initiative, diligence and distinction displayed in the discharge of official duties, as well as to other citizens for the promotion of internal troops of the Interior Ministry of Russia in the performance of their tasks.
