Polski: Muzeum Miniaturowej Sztuki Profesjonalnej Henryk Jan Dominiak. Siedzibą Muzeum jest miasto Tychy, adres: ul. Żwakowska 8/66, 43-100 Tychy, a terenem działania obszar Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i zagranica, tel. 692875944.

1. Do zakresu działania Muzeum należy gromadzenie, przechowywanie, konserwowanie, udostępnianie i upowszechnianie zbiorów związanych z miniaturową sztuką artystów profesjonalnych z kraju i z zagranicy. 2. Muzeum gromadzi zbiory z zakresu sztuki, etnografii, miniaturowej sztuki profesjonalnej, falerystyki, weksylologii, heraldyki, symboliki, emblematyki, mundurów oraz broni białej. 3. Muzeum gromadzi następujące rodzaje zbiorów, w tym zabytki: 1) malarstwo; 2) rysunek; 3) grafika; 4) rzeźba; 5) ceramika; 6) medale; 7) odznaczenia; 8) odznaki; 9) znaczki okolicznościowe; 10) pinsy; 11) naszywki; 12) mundury; 13) białą broń. 4. W skład struktury organizacyjnej Muzeum wchodzą następujące działy tematyczne: 1) Dział Malarstwa, Rysunku i Grafiki; 2) Dział Rzeźby i Ceramiki; 3) Dział Falerystyki, Weksylologii, Heraldyki, Symboliki i Emblematyki; 4) Dział Mundurów;

5) Dział Broni obuchowej, Broni obuchowo-siecznej, Broni tnącej-broni siecznej, Broni kłującej i Broni tnąco-kłującej.
