Description
Español: La pieza de madera es el alce de un carro, se situaba bajo el limón o piezas largas laterales. En el espacio ocupado por un pequeño adoquín de granito (en la foto) era donde se colocaba el eje del carro, su parte central era de sección cuadrada mientras que los dos extremos eran circulares cónicos. La pieza de hierro era el chaperón, que fijado con grandes tornillos al alce servía para evitar que se saliera el eje del carro. (Información proporcionada por D.
