Description
Français : Montpellier (Hérault, Languedoc, Occitanie), musée Fabre, exposition temporaire, hélas interrompue par la pandémie covid 19, "Jean Ranc, un montpelliérain à la cour des Rois". Saint Augustin, réalisé vers 1698 et provenant avec deux autres toiles (Présentation de Jésus au temple et saint Jacques) d'un retable en pierre démembré en 1905 de l'église de Mauguio (Hérault).
English: Montpellier (Hérault, Languedoc, Occitanie), Musée Fabre, temporary exhibition, unfortunately interrupted by the covid 19 pandemic, "Jean Ranc, a native of Montpellier at the court of Kings". Saint Augustine, painted around 1698 and coming with two other paintings (Presentation of Jesus in the temple and Saint James) from a dismembered stone altarpiece in 1905 from the church of Mauguio (Hérault).
