English: Caricature in the satirical newspaper Chantecler, published in the Spanish city of Cartagena on June 19, 1910. In the caricature are depicted as a group of murga the four members of parliament elected by the district of Cartagena in the general elections of May 1910: Antonio García Alix, Rafael de Bustos y Ruiz de Arana (Duke of Pastrana), José Maestre Pérez and José García Vaso.
The newspaper presents the vignette under the heading «Circumscriptional artists», adding the subtitle «The Cartagenera murga is exhibited with great success in Congress-Palaxe of Madrid». Español: Caricatura en el periódico satírico Chantecler, publicada en la ciudad española de Cartagena el 19 de junio de 1910. En ella se representa como un grupo de murga a los cuatro diputados electos por el distrito de Cartagena en las elecciones generales de mayo de aquel año: Antonio García Alix, Rafael de Bustos y Ruiz de Arana (duque de Pastrana), José Maestre Pérez y José García Vaso. El periódico presenta la viñeta bajo el epígrafe «Artistas circunscripcionales», añadiendo el subtítulo «Murga cartagenera que se exhibe con gran éxito en el Congreso-Palaxe de Madrid». |
