Description
English: (1 in a multiple picture set)

There are more than 70 falls along the road through the Columbia River Gap, of which 20 or so are accessible by an easy walk. Multnomah is my favorite, when it is not crowded, which is a rarity. The fall has two stages. The top stage drops 500+ feet into a pool. Than the water comes from the pool and makes another drop of 70 feet. There is a bridge above the pool, which you can see in the picture.

Actually, there is still another drop of about 8 feet until the water reached river level.
