Description
English: Lt. Gen. Charles Jacoby (center), the commanding general of Multi-National Corps-Iraq, along with Col. Timothy McGuire (right), of Alamo, Calif., the commander of the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad, listen to an Iraqi army officer during a site visit to the Arch of Ctesiphon, Aug. 13, in Salman Pak, Iraq. The visit by the three-star general was in order to get a better understand of the area of operations in which the Panther brigade currently operates in.
