Description
Français : Le mois de mouharram est le premier mois du calendrier musulman un des plus importants, notamment pour les chiites. C'est l'un des quatre mois sacrés de l'islam avec rajab, dhou al qi`da et dhou al-hijja le plus sacré (Al Haram).
Svenska: Muharram är den första månaden i den muslimska kalendern. Det är en av årets fyra heliga månader, och anses vara den heligaste månaden efter fastemånaden ramadan.
اردو: محرم اسلامی تقویم کا پہلا مہینہ ہے۔ اسے محرم الحرام بھی کہتے ہیں۔ اسلام سے پہلے بھی اس مہینے کو انتہائی قابل احترام سمجھا جاتا تھا۔ اسلام نے یہ احترام جاری رکھا۔ اس مہینے میں جنگ و جدل ممنوع ہے۔ اسی حرمت کی وجہ سے اسے محرم کہتے ہیں۔ اس مہینے سے نئے اسلامی سال کا آغاز ہوتا ہے۔
Nederlands: Muharram is de eerste maand van het jaar van de islamitische kalender en is een van de vier heilige maanden van het jaar. De maand verschuift door de verschillende seizoenen, omdat het een maanmaand betreft. De wortel van het woord is afgeleid van haraam (verboden). In deze maand behoort namelijk niet gestreden te worden.
Latina: Muhairamus est mensis primus calendarii Islamici et unus inter quattuor menses sacros quo bellum gerere non licet. Solum Ramadanus sacrior est.
Dansk: Muharram eller Muharram ul Haram er den islamiske kalenders første måned. Det er en af de fire hellige måneder i løbet af året. Det er ikke velset at være i krig eller på anden måde kæmpe i muharram, og stridigheder bliver ofte bilagt i denne måned.
