Ehemals als Zollhäuschen durch den Architekten Hans Grässel geplantes, und im Jahr 1899 errichtete Gebäude an der ehemals Mossacher-, nun Maria-Ward benannten Straße. Im Jahr 1911 durch die Architekten und Baufirma Gebrüder Rank umgebaut, und in die Maria Ward Schulen integriert, und viele Jahre lang als Pförtnerhaus genutzt.  |
