English: The selected spectrum is derived from the cingulate gyrus of patients with Alzheimer disease. The localizer shows the position of the chemical shift imaging slab. The coronal T1-weighted image on the upper right corner demonstrates the atrophy of the hippocampi. The transversal FLAIR image visulaizes the periventricular gliosis as well as the cortical and subcortical atrophy.
Deutsch: Das ausgewählte Sepktrum stammt vom Gyrus cinguli eines Patienten mit Alzheimer Erkrankung. Die Übersichtsbilder zeigen die Positionierung der Chemical Shift Imaging Schicht. Das koronale T1-gewichtete Bild an der rechten oberen Ecke demonstriert die Atrophie der Hippocampi. Das transversale FLAIR Bilde stellt die periventrikuläre Gliose sowie die kortikale und subkortikale Atrophie dar. |
