Description
English: A very early and rare portrait of Mrs. John Dominis (Lydia Kamakaeha Paki), sister of King David Kalakaua, later became Queen Liliuokalani. By M. Dickson, with imprint on verso, along with ink inscription: "With compliments of Sara Rosalia Tripp, Honolulu, H.I., August 1, 1872." Although her hairstyle and face does not particularly resemble other photographs of Liliuokalani.
