Description
English: Mrs. Cynthia White was a nurse who served under her maiden name of Cynthia Elbin for eight and one-half months at the U.S. Soldiers' Hospital at Camp McClellan and at the U.S. General Hospital at Davenport, Iowa during the American Civil War. Post-war, she was a member of the National Association of Civil War Army Nurses, and resided in Lowry City, Missouri in 1910.
