Description
English: Early morning view from the south, of the Chul-Bair ridge in the Surkhandarya region, Uzbekistan, where the entrance of Višnevskij cave (also spelled Vishnevsky cave) is located. It was taken in the framework of SGS (Sverdlovsk speleo section), ASU (Association of Speleologists of the Urals) speleological expedition. Cave entrance in the cliff is marked by a small red colored circle, top right in the photo. Entrance elevation is 3522 m a.s.l., the cave is 1283 m deep and its length is 8500 m (as of 2024).
Русский: Раннее утро, вид с юга на хребет Чульбаир Сурхандарьинской области Узбекистана. Снимок сделан в рамках спелеологической экспедиции СГС (Свердловская городская спелеосекция), АСУ (Ассоциация спелеологов Урала). На фотографии в правом верхнем углу красным кружком отмечен вход в пещеру А. Вишневского. Высота входа 3522 м над уровнем моря, глубина пещеры 1283 м, длина 8500 м - по состоянию на 2024 г.
