English: Mountain Scavengers. High up on common land, farmers can release their cattle, sheep and horses for free grazing - but they always mark or tag them.
Can anybody explain why there are chickens at this picnic area high in the mountains ? Have they just escaped the farmyard and spotted a gap that the seagulls and pigeons have missed ? Have they gone feral ? Are they after pic-a-nic baskets because they're smarter than the average chicken ? I'm lost. |
