Français : une scène d'un moulin à huile avec les différentes étapes du travail de l'huile d'olive, du pressurage à la clarification jusqu'à la conservation en orci. Commandée à Giovanni Stradano (Jan Van Der Straet) par Luigi Alamanni (1558-1603), érudit et noble florentin, entre 1587 et 1589, cette planche est gravée et publiée par Philippe Galle dans la collection « Nova Reperta ».
