Description
Deutsch: Motoraufzug zur Lank-Sprungschanze am Bödele bei Dornbirn/Schwarzenberg in Vorarlberg, Österreich. Postkarte aus dem Jahr 1907 oder 1908, händisch nachcoloriert. Dieser Motoraufzug mit Schlitten für die Skispringer gilt als weltweit erste mechanische Aufstiegshilfe mit einem Motor für den Wintersport.
English: Motor hoist to the Lank-ski-jumpinghill at Bödele at Dornbirn / Schwarzenberg in Vorarlberg, Austria. Postcard from 1907 or 1908, handpainted. This motor hoist with slide for the ski jumpers is maybe the world's first mechanical climbing aid with motorcraft for winter sports.
