English: Moss Bank Library and Centre Moss Bank Library and Centre in Eskdale Avenue. St. Helens Council is bidding for around £600,000 from the Big Lottery to refurbish and modernise the library facilities in Moss Bank and in 2007 launched an extensive consultation exercise to seek the views of the local community. |
