Description
Français : Bas-Rhin, Morsbronn-les-Bains, Le Monument de l'aigle, construit par les Allemands après leur victoire à Froeschwiller. Il évoque la naissance de l'Empire proclamé en janvier 1971, symbolisé par l'envol de l'aigle. Sur le socle du monument érigé par le second régiment de Thuringe, on peut lire des batailles auxquelles ont participé les soldats. Transcription : Den gefallenen Helden des 2. Thuering. Infanterie Rgts n. 32. 1870-71. Noms des lieux de bataille : Woerth, Sedan, Paris, Châteaudun, Orléans, Châteauneuf, Chartres.
