Summary
[edit]DescriptionMorin's White Mountain morph, Nemacladus species (undescribed) (15921653110).jpg | White Mountains, elevation 1610 m (5285 ft). This species of threadplant is new to science and is in the process of being formally named and described by Nancy Morin, worldwide expert on the genus Nemacladus. It is distinguished by the brownish to orange margins on the upper 3 flower lobes, the strongly sigmoid pedicels, and possibly additional features. The species appears to be limited to the southern portion of the White Mountains and adjacent Owens Valley and Deep Springs Valley in California. |
