English: First Lieutenant Duane Blank inspects Marines’ arrival cards April 14 at Royal Australian Air Force Base Darwin, Darwin, Australia. Foreign passengers, both civilian and military, undergo an inspection process with the Australian Customs and Border Protection before entering the country. Marine Rotational Force - Darwin is the deployment of U.S. Marines to Darwin and the Northern Territory, for approximately six months at a time, where they will conduct exercises and training on a rotational basis with the Australian Defence Force.
