| Description |
English: Morden Station, London Transport This station is at the southern extremity of the Northern Line and is an important interchange point, with many bus routes starting from here or calling here. Sadly as a consequence of inter-railway politics in the years after World War I, it does not give interchange to any heavy-rail station. If sense had prevailed, Northern Line trains would have achieved access to the 'Wall of Death' line and thus terminated at Sutton rather then here. |
