Deutsch: Zwei Aquarelle aus Johannes Fabrys Artikel Ein Beitrag zur Kenntnis der Purpura haemorragica nodularis (Purpura papulosa hemorrhagica Hebrae). Fabrys Originaltext zum linken Bild: Es ist ein nach der Natur und in natürlicher Grösse aufgenommenes Aquarell von der Rückseite des linken Oberschenkels; es ist eine Stelle an der Grenze zwisehen Glutaealgegend und Oberschenkelbeugeseite dargestellt; hier treten nock eine ganze Menge kleiner und kleinster Stippchen zu Tage welche die Photographie nicht wiedergeben kann. Zum rechten Bild: Hämatoxylinfärbung. Cutispapillen dunkelblau, fast violett, Epidermis hellblau, Blutherde grünlichgelb, Schnitt durch einen grösseren Knoten, in der Nähe der Blutpapel sind die Epidermispapillen verlängert. Blut zum Theil ausgefallen. Der Blutherd ist durch Septa epithelialer Natur in mehrere Kammern eingetheilt; geringgradige Parakeratose; in der Curls Herde kleinzelliger Infiltration. |
