Description
English: Red-purple, non-blanching vascular skin lesions. Angiokeratoma are usually distributed on the buttocks, groin, umbilicus (left figure) and upper thighs (bathing trunk distribution), and occasionally on lips and oral mucosa (right figure).
Deutsch: Angiokeratome sind rot-violette vaskuläre Hautläsionen, die unter Druck ihre Farbe behalten. Bei Morbus-Fabry-Patienten finden sie sich üblicherweise am Steiß, in der Leistengegend, am Bauchnabel (siehe linkes Bild) und den Oberschenkeln. Gelegentlich finden sie sich auch auf den Lippen und den Mundschleimhäuten (rechtes Bild).
