Description
English: Moot Hill and a small Presbyterian chapel From the time of Kenneth MacAlpin, who created the Kingdom of Scone in the 9th century, all the Kings of Scots were crowned here on Moot Hill, seated upon the Stone of Scone. It is also called Boot Hill and is artificially created using earth brought in the boots of lords swearing loyalty to the king
