Description The Caddo Lake Drawbridge, in Mooringsport, Louisiana, is a 1914-built former-vertical-lift bridge. The lift span's counterweights were removed in the 1940s, and the lift span has been fixed in place since then. The bridge was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
