If city's lights were so bright, could moon still see its missing one clearly?

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: If moon is a beautiful fairy goddess, she can watch things and people below clearly for thousands years... Then, things and people were transformed to be a developping city brightly shining in the night... But, were she still able to see the right one in her heart clearly... ? Hopefully, longer after longer, did right ones live right together- forever.
