Description Monumento dedicado a comemoração dos 100 anos da imigração japonesa no Brasil, comemorado no dia 16 de julho de 2008. A obra de arte foi idealizada pela artista plástica japonesa, naturalizada brasileira, Tomie Ohtake. Quando tinha 23 anos, Tomie viajou ao Brasil, para visitar um irmão mas não pode retornar devido a 2º Guerra Mundial. O monumento feito de aço, com 9 metros de altura está localizado próximo a entrada do Aeroporto Internacional de São Paulo/Guarulhos (GRU Airport).
