Description

O monumento, feito em pedra calcária do Zambujal, terá 2 imagens de militares, os nomes dos sesimbrenses desaparecidos na Guerra do Ultramar e escudos da vila de Sesimbra, da República Portuguesa e da Liga dos Combatentes.

O local foi totalmente requalificado e inclui a criação de uma rotunda, a instalação de sistema de rega e iluminação.

A ideia de construção deste monumento partiu do Núcleo dos Combatentes de Sesimbra e conta com apoio da Câmara Municipal de Sesimbra e de outras entidades. <a href="https://www.sesimbra.pt/pages/1077?news_id=342" rel="noreferrer nofollow">www.sesimbra.pt/pages/1077?news_id=342</a>
