Description

Sculpture De muur (1988) by Alfred Eikelenboom (Tegal Indonesië 1936), Laan van Mensenrechten in Apeldoorn/The Netherlands.

‘Een regelmatig patroon van kleine gaatjes en afgeronde vormen maken de wand van dichtbij gezien overzichtelijk en benaderbaar. Een poort in het midden opent het zicht op een halfrond plateau waarop enkele basale architectonische elementen zoals een rechthoek, een kubus en een perfecte bal bij elkaar liggen alsof ze op een toneelvloer voor het publiek worden opgevoerd’.
