Description
Español: Monumento a José Rizal en Málaga, España. El monumento consta de un busto de bronce sobre pedestal de acero autopatinable donde se lee «José P. Rizal». A los pies del monumento se sitúa una placa metálica con la siguiente inscripción: «José P. Rizal / 1861-1896 / Héroe Nacional de Filipinas / Un obsequio del pueblo filipino al pueblo malagueño / en memoria de la amistad entre Filipinas y España / Este monumento fue inaugurado por el / Excmo. Sr. Carlos C. Salinas / Embajador de Filipinas en España / 30 de marzo de 2016 / La instalación de este monumento ha sido posible gracias / a la colaboración de la Comisión Nacional de Historia de Filipinas / del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Málaga y de la Autoridad Portuaria de Málaga». La escultura es obra del escultor malagueño Juan Vega.[1]
