In the center is the image of the flagship of the Black Sea Fleet, battleship Sevastopol and the list of 28 Soviet military ships that distinguished themselves during battles with German and other Axis invaders. Authors: architects V.M.Artyukhov and V.A.Savchenko, sculptor V.E.Sukhanov. |
