Français : Lors du naufrage du « Port Caledonia », tous les membres de l’équipage ont péris noyés. Leurs corps ont été retrouvés sur la côte. Ils ont été enterrés dans le cimetière de Saint-Denis-d’ Oléron. A la mémoire de l’équipage, le Gouvernement finlandais a fait élever ce monument funéraire.
