Description
  • 1896-Montsió 3 bis. Casa Martí de estil modernista, promotor: Francesc Martí Puig. Viu a la plaça de Santa Anna nº 15. L'arquitecte va ser: Josep Puig Cadafalch.

Els detalls a la façana són de: Eusebi Arnau.

    • La casa es va construir al lloc en que hi hagué el convent de Santa Maria de Montsió del segle XIV. El 1.888, el convent va ser desmuntat i tornat a muntar, peça a peça, a la Rambla de Catalunya nº 115. Actualment, en el seu lloc, i queda l'església, convertida en la parròquia de Sant Ramon de Penyafort.
  • 1897-Montsió 3 bis. Martí Puig (Francesc), propietari. Viu a la Plaça de Santa Anna nº 15.
    • Els Quatre Gats, cafè i restaurant obert per els artistes: Pere Romeu, Ramon Casas, Santiago Rusiñol i Miquel Utrillo Morlius.
  • 1899-Montsió 3 bis. El pintor Pablo Ruiz Picasso visita els Quatre Gats amb altres artistes com: Carles Casajemas o, Ramon Casas.
    • Romeu (Pere), casa de menjars i begudes Els Quatre Gats.
    • Martí Puig (Francesc), propietari. Viu a la plaça de Santa Anna 15.
  • 1903-Montsió 3 bis. Martí Puig (Francesc), propietari. Viu a la plaça de Santa Anna 15.
    • Cambó (Francesc), advocat.
    • Fatjó Vilas (Piu), advocat.
    • Romeu (Pere), cafè restaurant Els Quatre Gats.
    • Verdaguer (Narcís), advocat.
    • Viver Lucena (Josep Mª), procurador.
    • Circol Artístic de Sant Lluch.
