Español: El mono fue un animal mesoamericano típico del habitat de los olmecas. En esta escultura se le presenta con gran naturalismo, se recomienda observar que era macho y que portaba un lazo en el cuello. Esta pieza se encuentra ubicada en el Museo de Antropología de Xalapa, Veracruz.
