Title
Modern toy knight
Description
English: Cast lead tin horse head from a toy. The horse is wearing a face guard suggesting it was from a model mounted knight. The head has an old break at the base of the neck.

While cast lead tin knights are known from as early as the late medieval period, the style of this example and the traces of paint suggest it dates to the 19th or 20th century.

The head is 28.4mm long, 27.3mm wide, 8.9mm thick and weighs 7.68 grams.
