| Description |
English: Modern flats The 20th century did not treat Newbold Terrace in Leamington Spa kindly, with its Regency/Victorian ambiance much altered through demolition. Several villas were demolished to make way for this block of flats overlooking Jephson Gardens. The development is ironically called Regency House, although the only thing Regency about it were the buildings demolished to make way for it. Having said that it's not the worst development in the town. |
