Title
Modern Toy Gun
Description
English: Lead alloy Toy gun. Solid cast model of a revolver , comprising barrel, a cylinder with four external flutes, and a rib connecting them and terminating in a deeply grooved circular lug at the position of the upper hand grip, presumably engaging another component or a separate handle. The form of the gun represented may recall that of six-shooters featured in cinema Westerns. Dot Boughton kindly notes this is a common form of water pistol, of which examples can still be found on sale on the e-bay auction site. Suggested date: Modern, 1900-1980.

Length: 50.1mm, Thickness: (at cylinder): 12.5mm, Weight: 26.66gms.
