Description
Ελληνικά: Το Μνημείο Κάρολου Φαβιέρου είναι ίσως το παλιότερο μνημείο του Χαϊδαρίου, αφού φιλοτεχνήθηκε με πρωτοβουλία του Νικολάου Θων προς τιμήν του φιλέλληνα Κάρολου Φαβιέρου για την συμβολή του στις μάχες του Χαϊδαρίου στις 6 και 8 Αυγούστου 1821. Σήμερα η προτομή είναι αποκομμένη από την μαρμάρινη στήλη, η οποία συνεχίζει να κοσμεί τον περίβολο της έπαυλης Παλατάκι ,μπροστά από το αναψυκτήριο «Ιστορικόν». Το στηθαίο του μνημείου βρίσκεται σήμερα στην αίθουσα Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου στο νέο Δημαρχείο ,αφού υπέστη εργασίες συντήρησης.
