Description
English: U.S. Navy sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG-61) prepare to recover an inflated decoy from a rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB) during an initial test of the Mk-59 decoy launch system. Ramage was underway as part of surface week during Professional Training for Midshipmen.
