Description
English: Mithraic relief, 150-250 A.D. Marble. The votive relief shows scenes from the life of the God Mithras. The mystery religion was especially popular among soldiers.
Deutsch: Mithrasrelief, 150-250 n. Chr. Marmor. Gefunden: 3, Botanischer Garten, 1950. Das Weihrelief zeigt Szenen aus dem Leben des Gottes Mithras. Die Mysterienreligion war besonders by Soldaten beliebt.
  Dieses Bild wurde anlässlich des österreichischen Tags des Denkmals 2013 in Wien eingereicht.
