Summary: Head-and-shoulders portrait of Nina Samarodin. Nina Samarodin was born in Kiev, Russia, and graduated from Kiev Univer. She came to the United States in 1914 and became involved in the labor movement, first as a worker and then as an organizer. She taught at the Rand School of Social Science in New York.
