משכן בנימין הוא כולל למבוגרים הפועל במסגרת ישיבת קדומים. המשכן נועד לשמש בית מדרש לתושבי קדומים.

החל מא' חשוון תשס"א הוא נקרא על שם רבי בנימין הרלינג הי"ד, תושב קדומים , אשר נמנה על מורה ההוראה בישיבת קדומים ובישיבת אלון מורהף, ונרצח ביום כ' תשרי תשס"א על-ידי הערבים בעת סיור בהר עיבל במאקה לצפות על קבר יוסף, הנמצא היום תחת שליטת נוכרים. הכולל במשכן מאיר החל להתכנס כבר מראש חודש אלול תשנ"ט.

בית המדרש למבוגרים נוסד ביוזמת מנהל הישיבה דאז אוריאל ברויאר. הניהול השוטף של הכולל הוא בידי שמואל דיאמנט. הדמות הרוחנית המרכזית המנווטת את העשייה של הכולל היא של הרב צבי פרבשטיין, המרא דאתרא, שהוא בעצמו בוגר הישיבה.
